A brand-new online photo gallery is now available on the Park Ridge News website featuring photographs celebrating the people, places and events that make Logan West a great place to live.

Photographs can be submitted by professional or amateur photographers and would be added to the website regularly.

The gallery would be a platform for rising photographers to showcase their best works to the Logan West community.

It could also be used as a source for people and families to scout out new locations and events to visit around Logan West.

Park Ridge News manager Paul Jackson said any images that celebrated Logan West and showcased the beauty of the community would be considered for the gallery.

“A well-taken photo can capture a moment in time and remove all the busyness, and focus in on things we would otherwise miss,” he said.

“Photos can include action shots of local sports players, wildlife around Logan West, events and community gatherings that showcase our people, local landmarks or a spectacular sunset.”

Anyone in the community could submit their photographs to be featured in the gallery and on social media by emailing them to stories@parkridgenews.com.au

Park Ridge News would also work with the Greenbank Photography Club to curate the collection.
