🚧 ROADWORKS CHANGES 🚧The roadworks on Green Rd will change starting in March!This development was approved before my time in council. Council engineers have been working with the traffic company to make these plans. I've been working hard throughout these roadworks. ❗️ The current traffic light system on Green Rd will be removed and replaced with a one-way circuit using the new roads that have just been built. This one-way circuit has been highlighted green in the picture on this post. There will be traffic lights at the intersection of Rai Dr and Green Rd. ❗️ A section of Bumstead Rd between Clarke Rd and Julie St will be closed to upgrade the road. Only this section, not the whole of Bumstead Rd, will be closed. They say these works should be complete by May 2021, dependent on weather and delays. I will make sure to keep in touch with the traffic engineers to keep updated on this project. ❗️ New signs will be installed to show alternate routes throughout Park Ridge and Crestmead.
